Stayflow Properties is a UK property management company working through a rent-to-rent model. We lease properties from their owners, agree a monthly rent with them, and take full responsibility for managing and running the property.
Depending on the property and where it is, we run homes as long-term rentals or as serviced accommodation. The owner gets reliable income. Tenants and guests get a comfortable, well-maintained place to live or stay.

What is rent-to-rent?
You lease your property to us on agreed terms and we pay you a monthly rent. We then manage and operate the property ourselves, either as a long-term rental or as serviced accommodation, depending on the property and where it is.
How is the monthly rent agreed?
We look at the property, its location and its condition, then agree the monthly rent and the length of the agreement with you before anything is signed.
Will my property be a long-term let or serviced accommodation?
It depends on the property and the area. Some homes suit long-term tenants, others work better as serviced accommodation for shorter stays. We'll explain which we think fits yours and why.
Who looks after the property day to day?
We do. Managing and operating the property, and keeping it to a high standard, is our job under the agreement.
